Place the jewellery in its original velvet box and include all authenticity certificates; ensure the package is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.
Shipping and Insurance
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized courier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.
Quality Inspection and Refund
Once our gemologists verify the condition of the returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
